Los Angeles - Venice Beach and Santa Monica Beach

Going to Venice is also one of my highlights in LA. The beach culture here is different to the ones we have in Australia, especially Sydney. In Sydney, as long as the sun is out, there will be people at the beach surfing, tanning or just out and about.

Venice is definitely different and this place has more of a hippie, artists and bohemian presence. As we drove along the streets towards Venice beach, we came upon the famous Venice canals which was featured in a lot of Hollywood movies- Valentines Day Movie and Because I Said So amongst others.

Moving on the beach, we stopped by for lunch for the day. This place is not a place that you would want to come for lunch. The food available were just unappetising. But we had lunch anyways because we were starving.

I met a real hippie and she let me take a picture of her. She's real friendly and she actually came all the way to LA from Colorado to find her daughter that she gave up for adoption. I hope she found her daughter safe.

The beach shack just like the one in the O.C where Marissa Cooper always goes to when she is "troubled" and needs to think :)

Serenity at its best :)

*gasp! uh ohh, someone got into trouble with the LA Po-Po (Police) and it's right on the stop where the gLee poster is! aww Snap! Yeap, i think this is worth a picture on my camera :D
